The MAG540 and MAG540w3 devices are Linux boxes equipped with a quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 processor based on the new Amlogic S905Y4 chipset. This hardware makes the model much more productive than the previous generation of set-top boxes. Devices easily and smoothly play content in all popular modern video formats including 4K.
With MAG540/540w3 operators can provide their subscribers with reliable service. Thanks to the continuity of the interface, the model is easy to implement for projects that have previously used MAG prefixes. At the operator's request, Infomir integrates the set-top box with CAS/DRM and middleware.
